I'm a huge believer that exercise should be fun, free from expectation, and accessible to everyone. I believe exercise can and should make you *feel* at your very best; improving your mood, changing your mindset, and making you feel strong, confident, and empowered.
So when COVID hit, the world went into lockdown, and gyms closed, I needed to keep busy. Theres nothing I love more than sharing my passion for exercise and motivating others. We all needed a huge boost and so what better way to get people moving and feeling amazing than to host live workouts for my followers - all for free, and uploaded to my page afterwards so people could access them whenever they want.
The response I got spoke volumes and it makes my day to see people changing their mindset, improving their mental health, learning new exercises, and getting fitter and stronger with each class they do.

Sarah did a zoom workout for my netball club (Cumberland) back in January and since then I've followed her online classes. They're so accessible and fun and Sarah explains everything so clearly. She has so much contagious energy too! I've found the last few months of lockdown really tough and my mental health has taken a bit of a battering but I honestly mean it when I say Sarah's classes have helped so much.
