It’s all about you. Whatever your goal, we work together and I tailor a bespoke expert programme that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle and brings your results. All in one app, you’ll see your workouts for the week, chat to me, complete tasks, track your progress, and more.
You won’t see any before / after transformations here. The biggest transformation I want to help you with is your mindset, your confidence, your energy levels, your strength, and your happiness. Yes, the physical transformation will come, no doubt, but this is about SO much more than that.

I’m by your side every step of the way – you’ll be able to ask questions, send videos, arrange check in calls, and get help at any time. In app messaging makes it easy to message, video, or voice-note me whenever you need me, and its this feature which keeps you accountable and keeps you going.
WORKOUT TRACKING
Do you pick up the same weights every time you workout? Or you’re not sure how to track or progress your workouts? Not any more. As you track your workouts, you’ll enter the weights and reps completed. When you come back to that exercise next time, all that information is accessible for you to see with the click of a button.

See your weekly workouts, keep a food diary, track your calories (if you want to), message me, reschedule your workouts, complete daily tasks, take progress photos, record body fat percentage, and more…all in one app!

I’m there – on the app, at the end of the phone – whenever you need me. The hardest part with fitness is staying on track; it’s the ability to show up consistently day in, day out. On the good days, and the bad days. So, thats why I’m here – to make sure thats exactly what you do.
I’ll help you find your why and your reason to get up and get moving. I’ll sit and listen if you’re struggling or feeling defeated, and i’ll adjust your programme so that when you’re poorly, or injured, or lacking motivation, there is someone there to guide you on the path back towards your goals. With me, you’ll always have answers to your fitness and health questions, and someone to turn to when you need support.
