Are you ready to invest in yourself? Are you fed up of feeling lost in the gym, or struggling through injury after injury, or working hard but just not seeing the results?

Group classes or solo ‘gym workouts’ don’t work for everyone. For some of us, we need another person to give us that extra push, check our form, keep us accountable, and help us reach our goals.

That’s where I come in. With availability for regular or ad hoc sessions, each session will push you to reach your goals, leave you sweating, improve your confidence, build your knowledge, improve your technique, and ultimately be designed with YOU and your goals in mind.
